MEET YOUR TRAINER

Adam is a certified personal trainer with over 14 years of experience, specialized in corrective conditioning. He is also a certified massage therapist. He has a sports background, having competed in track and field, basketball and rugby at a high level. He has also trained in several marital arts: Tae kwon do, Muay Thai and jiu jitsu. His training style is to improve posture and movement patterns as well as improving overall strength and wellness. To make people as pain free as possible
